- Always at my Side You can use a bonus action to magically manifest your twin in a spectral form in an unoccupied space you can see within 15 feet of you. Your twin's spectral form is a spiritual, but physical, incarnation of them that lasts until they have 0 hit points (and become unconscious), or until either of you dismiss it as a bonus action. You may not attempt to manifest another spectral twin while one is still active, or while they have 0 hit points. Your twin heals hit points when you spend health dice to recover hit points or otherwise through rest (both of you recover hit points), or if they are subjected to a healing effect (the twin counts as a separate creature in this case).
Your twin has AC 14 + your proficiency bonus, hit points equal to your charisma bonus + your proficiency bonus * your hit dice (class and racial), and immunity to the paralyzed, petrified, and poisoned conditions, and does not suffer from exhaustion. Your twin otherwise has all the same statistics as you, including ability scores, saving throws, and proficiencies. They are the same size as you, and occupy their space. Your twin has same movement speed and types as you, and their own movement separate from your own each turn. If your twin is ever more than 30 feet from you at the end of your turn, they vanish and must be manifested again. If you and your twin are subjected to the same effect that targets an area, only you take the damage (if any).
You can use the echo in the following ways:
- When you take the Attack action on your turn, any attack you make with that action can originate from your space or the echo's space. You make this choice for each attack.
- When a creature that you can see within 5 feet of your echo moves at least 5 feet away from it, you can use your reaction to make an opportunity attack against that creature as if you were in the echo's space.
- You may donate your hit points to your twin at a 1:1 ratio. This takes no action, and may even be done in response to damage taken, allowing your twin to remain manifested if their HP would be reduced to 0. You may also do this to allow you to manifest your twin again if they were reduced to 0 hit points previously.
You and your twin communicate mentally when they are not manifested, but must communicate normally when they are.
- Soft Echo Your spectral twin, when not manifested, can hold, but not use or wield, objects, granting you an additional item interaction on your turns.
- Twin's Resistance You have resistance to force damage and gain advantage on saving throws made against charm and fear effects.
- Two Heads are Better than One You are proficient in two intelligence or wisdom based skills of your choice. A number of times equal to your proficiency bonus plus your racial level, when attempting an intelligence or wisdom based skill check, you may roll a d4 and add the result to the check. You regain all expended uses of this ability when you complete a long rest.

Dual Nature
- Empty Body (Manifest yourself as a twin while your twin is manifested. Body functions autonomously with very limited capacity. Makes concentration checks from damage, but does not require concentration.)
- Here and There (teleport/swap places with twin, changing who is manifested as a twin)
- Shared Magic (While your twin is not manifested, they may hold concentration for you; may also have their own flame as well)
- Stand By Me (While not manifested, your twin grants you a shield bonus to AC; twin can also remain conscious if you are knocked out)
- Nascent Trio (Choose one ability that only functions when twin is not manifested; that functions even when the twin is manifested.)
- Awakened Trio (Req: racial 3rd, nascent trio; You gain full benefits of your twin even when they are manifested, and for 1 minute per point of proficiency bonus, can manifest a second twin. Recovers on long rest.)
