Class Abilities
- Item Creation (B) – Not quite on the level of Projection, Caster does need raw materials to create items, however, what she produces is limited mostly by her ingenuity and knowledge.
- Territory Creation (D) – The ability to create an atelier or other workspace, as well as creating a favorable terrain. Caster may use this ability to create barriers, traps, and produce tools for various uses.
- Haunting – Caster may sacrifice her maximum health to create a magical territory within range 60, using her life force to animate and reanimate various small creatures within this haunted area. For every 3 health she sacrifices, she gains 2 (d6) trap dice that she may spend against foes even if they do not move. These trap dice have a multiplier of +*1, and she may use her Undead Charisma dice as well, even if no trap dice remain. Her haunted area remains for 3 days after she leaves it, refreshing if she enters and spends at least 1 hour re-establishing it, though she does not need to sacrifice health again except to replenish trap dice. Caster's maximum health regenerates after she accomplishes a long rest.
Personal Abilities
- Surgery (B+) – Caster is incredibly skilled at medical procedures, capable of accomplishing nearly impossible feats through a variety of her natural talents from being a dhampir, and from her abilities as a necromancer. Ultimately, Caster can perform surgery by herself as if she had a full team of 8 assistants and fully stocked operating theater, and she never causes infection no matter the environment.
- Soul Creation (Fake) (C) – Caster passively generates artificial souls, called hallucigenia by her, through an unknown method. These hallucigenia are far less substantial than true souls, though still useful for Caster's needs. Caster may implant hallucigenia into a corpse she has sufficiently prepared through Surgery or Necromancy, animating it as a minion of the archer, berserker, lancer, or saber classes (stats provided below). She is also able to utilize the power stored within for a variety of necromantic spells, and may use the hallucigenia itself as the origin point of any of her spells.
Caster may support up to 7 hallucigenia at one time, either free or placed within a corpse, item, or bounded field. She generates a new hallucigenia every 4 hours, or three while sleeping for 8 hours.
A hallucigenia may be consumed in place of stamina for her spells, counting as 3 (d6), or she may consume one to add +1d6 to her roll with her magic skill.
A hallucidenia may be consumed by an undead (action) or servant (sudden action), restoring 3d6 health, and stamina as if the breather action were taken.
- Vampirism (E-) – All of Caster's physical and magical attacks have the Drain keyword, healing up to the number of dice used in accomplish with physical attacks, and twice that with magical attacks.
- Necromancy (A) – A Magic ability, and Excuse for some of Caster's other abilities to function in different ways. A few examples are below.
- Undead Charisma – Range 60, passive; Caster has a pool of [6 d6] that she may use as stamina for her minions, in addition to their own, so long as they are within range. She regains 3 of these dice whenever she regains stamina.
- Command Undead – Range 60, shift; Caster may attempt to control undead creatures through an Influence (Will) check, opposed by the target's own Will. If it is sentient or being controlled by another being. it or its controller may also attempt an Influence (Will) check against Valeria, opposed by her Empathy, dealing spirit damage. She may instead deal damage to an undead creature's stamina through this ability, without risk of being attacked by the creature or its controller.
- Curse of Vampirism (Temporary) – Range touch, sudden; Caster may inflict one of the weaknesses of vampires onto the target she touches for 3 rounds, resisted by Luck. Caster must also resist this ability with her own luck check (target 9), and suffers the same weaknesses she is attempting to inflict. She may increase the target of her own luck check, adding one additional weakness for every 4. Caster may also choose to fail this luck check, bestowing disadvantage 2 to the target of this curse.
- Detonate Undead – Range unlimited; Caster may release the animating spirit of her minions in an explosive wave. The minion is destroyed (ignoring any Guts it may have active), and has an attack of 2d6 + Xd6, with X being the rank of the minion, and a multiplier equal to the minion's current health divided by 6 (rounding down).
- Necrotic Wave – Range radius 15, Spirit target 13 or 1 hallucigenia; Caster may release the energy stored in one of her hallucigenia, choosing to heal undead creatures (restoring 2d6 health and 1 (d6) stamina), or harm living creatures, resisted by Corpus or Luck; this attack deals damage equally to health and stamina.
Noble Phantasms
- Belt of Many Vials – This belt may produce a vial of almost any liquid, limited solely by Caster's Item Creation ability. However, each vial is rather small...
- Deboning Svardstav – A pale white polearm with a curse effect. By spending 3 tension as a Casting action, Caster may activate the svardstav's curse; the svardstav's attacks gain the Execute 2 keyword, and any creature felled by such an attack has all of its bones removed. Creatures without bones is unaffected by this curse, and a difficulty B magic resistance check may ignore the added keyword for a single attack.

- Jawbone of Mars – Caster may remove up to 4 of the teeth of this red dragon's jawbone, repurposed as a macahuitl, and scatter them as a spell. These teeth then each become a rank 1 Saber minion under Caster's control on the action phase. The jawbone of Mars is functional as a weapon so long as 6 of its 12 teeth are intact, and Caster may sacrifice 4 health to regenerate 1 tooth; the teeth also recover if the jawbone is used as a weapon and deals damage to a living creature with blood, at an equal rate.
