Bordeaux Company

Also known as the "Hunter's Guild", or "The Guild", this massive nation-corporation that offers licences and citizenship to just about anyone who qualifies and pays the fees, and rent their services as police, military, education, medical, etc, to frontier colonies, and in unclaimed and international space. It's inner workers are policed by a hierarchy of auditors to reduce and prevent wrongful and gross abuse of power at all levels, including other auditors. License classes from E to S, representing how much trust and power one has as a guild member, with E ranks being the lowest, and S ranks being very high; C and B are the most common ranks, however.

It originally started as a small company, led by Maribel Bordeaux, a past-less Niflum with an unexplainable amount of cash, and was something of a temp agency with surprising connections, and mostly did bounty hunting and police or detective work, but branched out to be able to fill as many roles as it does.

Having the backing of both Empress Hilde of the Niflum, and from the Tifriyt and Txiabt factions of the Sinfin, the Bordeaux Company had legal rights and transportation to succeed where similar companies failed.

The founder, Maribel, has recently stepped down as President, and lives as an advisor, making due with her massive savings and pittance pay (that she set).
